Employer Visibility Notice

HeroRamp Employer Visibility Notice

Employer visibility is an optional candidate choice that allows approved employers to see a masked Stage-1 profile inside HeroRamp discovery.

This copy is drafted for P0 founder/legal review. It is intentionally conservative, but final production use still requires human legal signoff before cutover.

What employer visibility means

If you turn employer visibility on, HeroRamp may include your masked profile in discovery views for approved employers. The employer may see a HeroRamp candidate reference, coarse location, readiness band or score, fit rationale, work preferences, work setup, and shift compatibility. Employer visibility is a software visibility setting, not a job application, direct employer submission, recruitment representation, agency representation, referral, placement, education enrollment, training enrollment, or certification enrollment.

What employers do not see in Stage 1

In P0 Stage-1 discovery, employers do not see your name, email address, phone number, exact address, raw resume, full identity, or direct contact details. HeroRamp also does not provide bulk candidate or resume export.

What visibility does not promise

Employer visibility does not guarantee that an employer will view your profile, request a shortlist, contact you, interview you, hire you, offer training, admit you to a program, certify you, pay you, or provide any employment opportunity. HeroRamp is not a recruiting company, recruiting agency, placement company, employment agency, staffing agency, school, education company, training company, training provider, certification provider, employer, or employer of record.

You can revoke visibility

You can turn employer visibility off later. After revocation is processed, your candidate profile should be removed from employer-facing discovery. Existing audit records, consent records, security logs, and operational records may be retained as needed for legal, security, dispute, and compliance purposes.

Future identity reveal

P0 supports Stage-1 masked discovery only. Any future identity reveal, interview coordination, or contact-sharing workflow would require additional product controls, authorization, and consent review before launch.

Candidate control

Your employer visibility choice is separate from Privacy Policy, Terms, and AI disclosure consent. You may use HeroRamp without turning employer visibility on, but approved employers will not see you in discovery while visibility is off.
